ABOUT JO!

Hi, my name is Jo Withers, and I have been in B2B sales for over 30 years, I built my career around one core belief – if you are productive good things will happen and with great communication this drives results.

I began my sales career in telesales for a large office supplies company, where I built strong foundations in sales and customer service by developing new business, managing existing accounts, and reporting monthly to my sales director. I later moved into the manufacturing sector, selling cold cathode, LED’s, incandescent lamps for the gaming and motor industries. After starting a family in 2004 and seeking a three day work week, rare at the time. I secured a role establishing a new internal telesales department for a local pet bed manufacturer. This experience ultimately led me to launch my own B2B telephone marketing agency in 2011, starting from absolutely nothing, no clients, no funding, just a laptop, a phone, and a determination to make it work. Over the years I fought to build it into a recognised commercial telephone marketing agency in Suffolk, earning a solid reputation, a loyal customer base, a reliable team of agents and manager who delivered real results. I created the systems, training, and day to day workflow from scratch, tightening and refining everything until the operation ran like a machine and consistently hit targets for our customers. After years of developing, growing, and shaping the business into something I was proud of, I chose to sell it, and completed a successful sale in October 2024. After a much needed break, I’m now refreshed and ready to offer my experience in sales and business to optimise yours or your employee’s workflow.

My passion for communication, business and people has always been at the heart of everything I do. I bring a wealth of commercial experience, practical guidance to enhance daily workflow, open questions, accountability which in turn leads to heightened productivity.
